Our client, active in the international financial world, is currently offering positions in their operations and client service departments for young graduates:
Key responsibilities in Operations include:
- Making sure transactions follow correct procedures
- Handling client phone calls; analysing, managing and following up on their inquiries
- Supporting clients with solutions and personalized information
- Running checks to verify instructions, processing standard reports
- Contributing to the fine-tuning of procedures, testing system changes
Key responsibilities in Client Service include:
- Direct contact with international clients, dealing with their telephone and written enquiries
- Giving clients the support they need to get the best out of the services
- Interfacing with the Operations teams to solve problems and keep clients in the loop
Profiel
There is no specific academic background for these roles, but you will need to have a Bachelor degree and be eager to enlarge your knowledge and skills in a dynamic environment, supported by additional training and on-the-job-learning. Starters and professionals with a first work experience are welcomed.
Your competencies:
- You are stress-resistant and a great team player
- You perform in a constant client focused approach and you deal with clients skillfully and respectfully, establishing an effective relationship based on trust and respect
- You ensure an optimal approach of the service both in your own department and in other ones
- You are able to successfully prioritise tasks and co-ordinate several priorities at once
- You ensure follow-up of cases and investigations under your responsibility
- You like a challenging environment (external pressure, task difficulty and change of circumstances)
Your skills:
- You have a very good written and spoken English, knowledge of any other language such as French, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, German or Italian are an asset
- You have an adequate knowledge of the MS Office package.
