We are currently looking for a regulatory reporting manager. Your main responsibilities are the projects on regulatory reporting in three subsidiary organizations, the follow-up on the evolution of the regulation and the projects related to the continuous evolution of the group’s financial infrastructure. You will also assist the consolidation team and the internal and external auditors.

YOUR ROLE
· Deal with regulatory reporting projects for three entities of the group: both statutory and consolidated reporting (under IFRS) and capital adequacy reporting (COREP)
· You are responsible for the follow-up of the evolution of the regulation applicable to certain entities in the group
· Collaborate with both internal and external development teams with respect to projects related to the continuous evolution of the group’s financial infrastructure
· Provide support, data and reports to the group’s 25 reporting entities, the management reporting team and to other relevant departments inside the company
· You have to deal with projects and the preparation of reporting to the workers’ council, as well as surveys for the BNB, CBFA, Febelfin and other stakeholders
· Assist the consolidation team and the internal and external auditor
· Document policies and procedures when necessary
Profiel
· You have 2 to 5 years of experience in an accounting/reporting function, preferably in a banking environment; experience in consolidation accounting is an asset
· Good knowledge of IFRS and Belgian GAAP
· Knowledge of accounting standards applicable in countries where the organization is active (UK, France, Sweden, Finland,…) is a plus
· Good understanding of capital adequacy regulations applicable to financial institutions, in particular the Basel II framework, as well as the related reporting
· Very good analytical and organizational skills
· Able to work independently and as part of a team
· Very good working knowledge of MS-Office applications, especially Excel
· You are fluent in English and French, Dutch is an asset
